Join Spirit of Woman and the City of Onkaparinga at the launch of the first Place of Courage ‘Ripple’ site to commemorate victims and survivors of domestic and family violence.
“Ripples Across South Australia” is a public art space designed to acknowledge the impact of domestic and family violence in our community, providing a safe space to reflect, grieve, connect, and heal.
All service organisations attending are encouraged to bring along their pull-up banners to display at the launch as a sign of support.
Pancakes will be provided by the Rotary Club of Morphett Vale.
As a symbol of a world free from domestic and family violence, Spirit of Woman will be filling the park with doves on sticks. Attendees are encouraged to display the promotional dove at your workplace, or download the hope dove here, write your message (can be anything that you want to say about DFV) and bring it along.
