Pay Our Respects invites you to attend their 2022 event honouring Australian Women murdered in 2021
On the last Saturday in January, the 4th annual Pay Our Respects to Australian murdered women event will be held on the steps of Parliament House.
The event will honour the forty-three women murdered due to femicide in 2021 and shine a spotlight on the issue of gendered violence. The event will ‘pay our respects’ to each and every one of them in a moving and powerful tribute, where placards representing murdered women will be held and silence observed. Guest speakers will be announced shortly.
