South Australia has passed landmark reforms to the Liquor Licensing Act, making us the first state in Australia to introduce new safeguards for alcohol delivery.
New safety measure include:
➤ restricting alcohol deliveries to between 10am-10pm
➤ a two-hour safety pause between order and delivery to the home
This is an important milestone for South Australia and for the prevention of domestic, family and sexual violence.
